Duma to be elected for a five-year period
The excessive bureaucracy in registration procedures to be scaled down: 100,000-120,000 signatures will be required for registration for elections (currently 250,000 signatures)
Minimal party membership to be scaled down from 50,000 (currently) to 40,000 or even 30,000
Parties winning elections to regional representative assemblies to be given the right to propose candidates to the post of the region's governor to the president
